Hi, I’m Vicki the face behind Frank Photos and I’m a female Liverpool photographer. I’ve loved setting up my firm and am enjoying the fun ride that I’m on. ‘Frank’ was my grandad who was a larger than life character who always had a camera in his hand. Hoping he’s passed on a few tricks of the trade to help me along my journey.

I’ve worked hard to learn different ways to capture that special shot for you and you can be safe in the knowledge that I am fully DBS checked also.

I love creating fun set ups as a background to capturing your special moments and I aim to ensure that everyone has fun and is at ease while we snap away. Can’t wait to meet you at one of our sessions!

5 Fun facts

• I’m a devoted dog mum to my beautiful Benji, a cute but crazy Shihtzu/Bichon cross
• I once skydived at 14,000 feet above the stunning Great Barrier Reef
• I spent a month travelling around Australia and loved every minute of it
• I’ve been to New York city a ridiculous amount of times and still find new things to see & do
• I struggle to decide between Thai and Italian food as my favourite

My Photography Facts

• I started out as a female Liverpool photographer in Feb 2020, perfect timing as Covid hit in March! It did give me time to concentrate on learning and discover how I wanted my photography style to develop. Many an online course was completed and plenty of photos were taken on walks just to practice using the different functionalities of my camera
• I started out with themed sessions and cakesmashes. They were so much fun and gave me the confidence to keep taking it further
• I finally worked up the courage to complete a newborn photography training course. I was always scared in case I did something wrong. It is imperative that photographers know how to position baby or soothe them while taking their photos. Always check that your photographer has such training
• Another style that I had to build confidence up on and ensure I had the skills to complete was for weddings. Again I went on a qualified training course to develop these skills to ensure I was ready to take on such an important role. I class it as a privilege to be able to be part of a couple’s special day and its a big responsibility to undertake. I do not take it lightly and will always put every effort into ensuring you are comfortable with me on the day and that we ultimately get beautiful photos for you to look back on and treasure
• I’m a stickler for detail and probably ‘fuss’ too much in any scenario. Whether its trying to ensure that there are no creases in backdrops, no labels showing from clothes or just fixing a misplaced strand of hair. I will always try to make sure things look perfect before we start snapping. Attention to detail is everything
• I’m working hard to become your ‘go to’ female Liverpool photographer no matter what the occassion and already have many happy returning customers!
